Retail products are intended for external use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

  • We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.

  • Clients should consult a physician or dermatologist before use if they:

3. PRODUCT USE & ALLERGIES

5. SALES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Skincare Products

  • All skincare product sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • No refunds or exchanges once products are opened or used.

  • Unopened products may be exchanged within 10 days at our discretion.

Services

  • Service fees are non-refundable once performed.

  • Missed or late appointments may result in a fee per our booking policy.
