Due to the nature of skincare and intimate-area products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

SKINCARE PRODUCT SALES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final once products have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Opened products
Used products
Products purchased in error
Products that caused reactions due to undisclosed allergies or failure to patch test

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange only within 10 days of purchase.
Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges are subject to approval at our discretion.

ALLERGIES & REACTIONS

Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing.
Patch testing is strongly recommended prior to full use.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

SERVICE FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

All service fees (waxing, treatments, consultations) are non-refundable once performed.
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary based on skin type and aftercare compliance.

SHIPPING ISSUES (IF APPLICABLE)

We are not responsible for shipping delays once orders are handed to the carrier.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
